„Let's communicate in English!“ - this was the motto of 10 Seeländer Bäuerinnen. The lessons took place in Aarberg, every second week, four meetings. The teacher, Karin Jungen, instructed vocabulary and sentences and also the fun with the language itself. The women practiced to speak and play in English. Brush up the English knowledge in general, brain training and to become more independent in travelling were some aims. „What were your last 14 days like?“, asked Karin Jungen and the women told out of their every day life...She taught how to sell products at the market and a possible dialogue to book a room. The time flew and the course was too short – perhaps the women are now even more motivated to learn more!
